LOCATION: Contest stage, south of seal pond, center of Civic Center Park
REGISTRATION: Anyone wanting to compete can register two hours before the start of the contest near the stage at the Flo booth. You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability. Must be present to compete. There will be three rounds of contests with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
